This cleanser is the best i have found for my skin. I have sensitive skin that is a combination of dry and oily and this cleanser doesn't dry out the bits that are dry but at the same time removes the oil and dirt effectively. I have used it for a couple of years now and have found it has helped to immensely improve my skin (along with the daily microfoliant and oil control lotion) from being really spotty across my t-zone and very dry and flaky on my cheeks to always feeling clean but not dry and reducing the number of breakouts i have.
I absolutely love this cleanser! I struggled with dry and sensitive skin for quite some time and was starting to feel slight despair! The cleanser looks rather strange but it glides over the skin really easily and I find I can wipe it off with a damp cloth and it doesn't leave any residue. I can't use regular cleansers for sensitive skin as they are still too harsh on my skin. I found even just washing my face with warm water was too drying on my skin. This cleanser leaves my skin feeling clean and fresh and not too dry. I would highly recommend this product to anyone feeling the despair of dry, sensitive skin.
Although I am a hard core Dermalogica fan, I still haven't found a cleanser that I like. I preferred the UltraCalming cleanser to the Special Cleansing Gel (which made my skin feel very tight and dry). However I wasn't mad about the smell and texture. I think I still prefer the fragrance, texture and overall effect of the Clarins gentle foaming cleanser.
In the winter i suffer from extremely senitive skin and by using the ultra calming cleanser it helps me look a lot better and makes my skin feel a lot better. This is perfect to use if you tend to look blotchy etc during those winter months.
Great to use with the booster.
