I have been very pleased with the kit for oily skin. After about a week i really noticed the difference in the texture and appearance of my skin. The pores became smaller and my skin looked brighter. The oiliness of my skin calmed a lot although it still gets oily. I have used MAC powder as a blotter which seems to work well. I use the dermal clay cleanser followed by the spray toner, and the pre scrub is used 3 times a week. I only do this at night as i found my skin preferred just a wipe off cleanser in the morning. I didn't like the mattifier though i found it too harsh for my skin, it may suit others though. Again, i have used the MAC mattifier before applying makeup. I would recommend this kit as a starter it really does make a difference to the appearance of your skin.
I have always had very oily skin prone to breakouts and had pretty much tried everything!! I had suffered with pimples since the age of about 10, and still get very congested skin in other areas now being 30, they tend to come up on my jawline and cheeks, whereas when i was a kid it would be mainly my forehead. I had heard about dermalogica, but had always put off buying it as I though it was really expensive. Eventually after struggling to clear my lasted bad bout of skin, I decided to go ahead and buy the oily skin kit, and unbelievably within days my skin seemed to start to clear. The congestion (and anyone will know this if they also suffer with this problem that it's extremely difficult to clear up) was gradually clearing and fading, my skin was no longer greasy and shiny halfway through the day, and felt soft and smooth. The kit was great value aswell as you get an idea if the product works for you or not before you go ahead and buy the larger size products. This is definatley worth a try if like me you have tried most products, I have used pro-active and pro nexin and both worked for a short while, then i was back to square one. I'm so happy with the results, thankyou Dermalogica!!!
I bought this item a couple of days ago. I bought it for my holiday so have not used it yet, although I have started using the lip treatment, its so good it feels really light on your lips and really hydrates them. The other items im sure will be great, already have the dermal clay cleanser and multi active toner. Great purchase, thank you
This is the first time i have orderd the oily skin set but i have used the oily/normal skin products for about 6 months. Within 2 weeks of me switching from my normal skin care regime i was reciving complments that my skin looked very nice and even when i met somebody for the first time the told me what lovely skin i had!!! thats all thanks to the dermalogica products. They are fab an i recomend them to everybody!!!!
